1st powerbank bought charged 2 devices simultaneously. Was very happy, so decided to buy a 2nd powerbank. It was defective, only charging from 1 port at a time not 2 as per advertised. I took a video, emailed it to Zyron support and they send out a replacement pronto. Very happy with their support team. The 3rd unit was tested and it's working as it should be, charging 2 devices at the same time. The powerbank charges up real quick until it reaches 90% and then it slows down dramatically. It's a solid build, nice and sleek, heavy and robust. Powerbank lasts 3 days or so charging 2 dead mobile phones. Very pleased with the product, their customer support team and would definitely recommend.
The product is just as advertised. Love the lenth and the quality of the cord. I would highly recommend this product.
Absolutely happy with purchase. Will definitely purchase again, love how the cord is heavy duty and not like other cords for eg:- cords that fray atound the connection etc. thank you Zyron tech.
I have purchased several power banks for family members they are a great price work well and no more carrying 2 different cords around as the 2 adapters needed are attached to the power bank,

A bit heavy but its powerful powerbank.
Have used the new charger in UK and Italy (with different adapters of course) with impressive results. Both my spouse and I were able to charge our phones in parallel with no issues. Technically very good charger.

First power bank for us.
This gives us extended laptop and mobile use when we are away from 240V AC.
It's got a good feel in hand and kind of grippy. We looked at others that were slippery in hand and therefore easily dropped.
The soft feet are also grippy so it stays put.
Charging the power bank is relatively quick so it's properly handy.
I am very happy with my purchase.. it cam in a great luxurious travel case.
My magic 7 PRO recognised it's 100w charging almost emidiatly.. lines of disappointed the USBa doesn't support 100w
But I guess that's the structure of the hardware
Bought this and two 1000MAh chargers. This larger power bank was perfect for charging laptop and other devices at night when travelling overseas recently. The smaller power banks we took with us during the day to keep our phones topped up. Love the built in cords, means the kids can't steal them. Also a big fan of the digital display that shows battery percentage, never left wondering how much power it has left.
I’ve purchased a number of Zyrontech stuff and this charger is like all the rest - works great and arrived quickly.

Solidly built, perfect to charge a less modern iPhone daily when off grid camping though a tad slow to charge up to 90% on mains (possibly a connector amp cord thing? Used supplied cord and took almost 6 hours...)
Peace of mind knowing at least 5 days of charging smaller phone. Good value portable power bank with adequate daily charge for small devices.
Just received it—haven’t used it yet, but it looks awesome! Love the box to keep everything in one spot, perfect for an overseas trip.
The battery appears to have good physical properties. The included cables are useful at times and are not intrusive as they clip to the body of the battery. This is quite heavy, so not as suitable as lower capacity units for carrying in one's pocket.
The battery takes a charge at a good rate. I cannot comment on longevity as I have not had the unit for long enough

Surprised that it hardly heats up due to its compact size leading me to believe that it’s efficient and will last some time.
Measured 3.1amps at 20v (62w) charging a powerbank.
Great value and very importantly is compliant with Australian Electrical Standards bearing a RCM.
Have had this power bank for over 6 weeks now and purchased it to replace my old goto travelling power back that I had for many, many years. Have now been travelling overseas with it for over 3 weeks.
It's compact size and built in leads are excellent and very easy to fit into a pocket or small bag.
Did have one occasion that after fully recharging it that it would not discharge, but I just sent a short reply email to the address they sent the welcome email when I purchased it (would have been after midnight Australia time) and could not believe how quick they came back with excellent detailed support - just needed a simple reset. Am happy with this purchase.
