The battery appears to have good physical properties. The included cables are useful at times and are not intrusive as they clip to the body of the battery. This is quite heavy, so not as suitable as lower capacity units for carrying in one's pocket.
The battery takes a charge at a good rate. I cannot comment on longevity as I have not had the unit for long enough

Surprised that it hardly heats up due to its compact size leading me to believe that it’s efficient and will last some time.

Great value and very importantly is compliant with Australian Electrical Standards bearing a RCM.
Have had this power bank for over 6 weeks now and purchased it to replace my old goto travelling power back that I had for many, many years. Have now been travelling overseas with it for over 3 weeks.
It's compact size and built in leads are excellent and very easy to fit into a pocket or small bag.
Did have one occasion that after fully recharging it that it would not discharge, but I just sent a short reply email to the address they sent the welcome email when I purchased it (would have been after midnight Australia time) and could not believe how quick they came back with excellent detailed support - just needed a simple reset. Am happy with this purchase.
This power bank is great! While not the lightest power bank, it’s still quite a compact thing, and I think it’s going to get me through a multi-day festival with no worries at all.
I purchased the extension cord so that I could use the Gan 3 Charger and it's USB C to USB C cable as a replacement power cable for my HP laptop. It works perfectly and costs much less than the HP cable that I lost. I am very happy with it.
Has an annoying quirk where the USB-A stage "blips" if you have devices plugged into all 4 ports. iPad and headphones constantly stop-start their charging, which gets old after about 20 seconds. Spend more.

We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with the USB-A stage 'blipping' when all four ports are in use. Kindly refer to the power distribution chart. When you connect 4 devices the power is distributed based on the chart. Please connect the highest power device to the first port and the lowest to the last port. Also, some devices need to draw a minimum power like your iPad. If it cannot draw the minimum power then it will constantly reset.
Works really well and charges any of our devices up fully

This is an impressive all in one laptop, phone and everything charger that you can use in most countries. The powerpoint attachments can be a bit tricky to get on an off and I damaged one of mine. Zyron Tech were very understanding and sent a replacement.
