All Australian orders are shipped either from Sydney, NSW or various Amazon Fulfilment Centre Australia wide with 2-7 business days delivery time frame. If you live in a remote area or WA, please allow more time for delivery. Please review the following shipping details before placing your order:
Domestic Shipping (Australia):
We offer the following shipping options for orders within Australia:

Express Post (1-2 Business Days): Enjoy fast delivery Australia wide with our Express Post option. Orders shipped through Express Post are estimated to arrive within 1 to 2 business days after dispatch, WA and Remote areas might take 1 to 3 business days depending on your location.

Standard Delivery (2-7 Business Days): For those seeking cost-effective shipping, our Standard Delivery option ensures your order arrives within 2 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Remote Areas (Up to 7-14 Business Days): If you reside in remote areas, please allow up to 7 to 14 business days for your order to arrive after dispatch.
International Shipping:
Please note that due to regulations and safety concerns, we are unable to ship power banks internationally. However, our other products are available for international shipping. We offer the following international shipping options:
- Standard International Shipping (10-21 Business Days): For international orders, our Standard Shipping option provides an estimated delivery time of 10 to 21 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination country.
Order Processing and Dispatch:
We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Orders are typically dispatched within 1 business day of receiving payment. During sale events or high-demand periods, please allow up to 3 business days for order processing and dispatch.
Tracking Information:
For your convenience, we provide tracking information for all orders. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details that allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping option selected, the destination, and the weight of the items in your order. Shipping costs will be displayed during the checkout process before you complete your purchase. Free Domestic Shipping on all orders over $29.99, Free Domestic Express Shipping over $129.99.
Please note: When the package is dispatched, a tracking number is sent to your registered email address. Customers are requested to track the package and ensure availability at the time of delivery. If the customer is not available it will be sent to local LPO for collection, customer is requested to collect the package within 5 business days as per Australia post guidelines. If the package is not collected from LPO within the specified Australia Post timeframe or if incorrect shipping address is provided at checkout the package will be returned back to us. In this case, a redelivery fee will be charged as per the actual courier charges. The package will be redelivered only after the payment of redelivery fees. In case the customer prefers a refund, an initial shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
