When will my order be dispatched?
We usually dispatch all orders between 1-3 business days. At peak times, we may need up to 5 business days
How will my order be delivered to me?
Domestic orders within Australia are shipped using various services depending on the delivery location. All orders are shipped from North Rocks or Amazon warehouse Australia wide depending on the stock and delivery location. Please check our Shipping Policy for more information.
How will I know if order is placed successfully?
You will receive a confirmation email from support@zyrontech.com.au with your order details. If you do not receive any confirmation then please contact us.
How do I check the status of my order?
You can login to your account and track your order. If you are unable to track, please feel free to contact us.
Can I cancel my order?
Of course. We recommend you to contact us asap after placing your order if you change your mind. If the parcel has been already dispatched, you can still return the package to us in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy. For change of mind, return postage costs shall be borne by the customer. As we get volume discounts from Australia Post, we can help you generate a postage label at a lower cost compared to Australia Post Regular rates to help you save on return postage costs. Please contact support@zyrontech.com.au if needed.
Do you allow exchanges?
We can offer exchange for unopened items. Buyer shall bear the return and redelivery charges.
What are the shipping charges?
We offer free shipping on all orders within Australia. We offer worldwide shipping at flat rate of A$29.99. Please refer our Shipping Policy for more details.
