If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your Zyron product, our Refunds Policy outlines the process for requesting a refund. To be eligible for a refund, your Zyron product must meet the following criteria:

  1. Within 30 Days: The product must be requested for a refund within 30 days from the original purchase date.

  2. In Original Condition: The product must be returned in its original packaging, sealed, and include all accessories, manuals, and documentation.

  3. Not Damaged: The product must be free from any damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or neglect.

Initiating a Refund:

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

    • Your full name
    • Order number
    • Product name and model
    • Reason for refund
  2. Await Confirmation: Once we receive your refund request, our customer support team will review your request and respond within 1 business day with further instructions.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product. Please adhere to the following guidelines for returning the product:

  1. Secure Packaging: Package the product securely in its original packaging or an equally protective container to prevent damage during transit.

  2. Include Documentation: Include a copy of the original order confirmation or receipt inside the package.

  3. Shipping Method: We recommend using a shipping method that provides tracking and insurance, as Zyron is not responsible for lost or damaged returns. Optionally, we can provide you with a discounted return label using our courier rates via PayPal, saving you 10% compared to local post office rates. This service is not mandatory but is offered for your convenience.

Refund Process:

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Option 1 - Refund Amount:

The refund amount will be calculated as follows:

  • Product Cost: The original cost of the product at the time of purchase, minus any applicable discounts or promotions.

  • Shipping Cost: A flat $9.30 return fee is deducted from the amount paid. This charge includes our original shipping and handling fee when we shipped the product to you.

Option 2 - Store Credit:

The refund amount will be calculated as follows:

  • Product Cost: The original cost of the product at the time of purchase, minus any applicable discounts or promotions.

  • Shipping Cost: No return fee is charged if you accept store credit.

Exclusions:

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Products Beyond 30 Days: Products returned after the 30-day refund window.

  • Damaged Products: Products that show signs of broken seals, damage, misuse, mishandling, or neglect.

  • Missing Components: Products returned without all original components, accessories, and packaging.
