Shipping Policy
Orders are mostly shipped from Sydney warehouse via Australia Post. Orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 3 business days. In peak periods, please allow for up to 5 business days for dispatch.
All Australian orders are shipped either from Sydney, NSW or various Amazon Fulfilment Centres Australia wide with 2-7 business days delivery time frame. If you live in a remote area, please allow some more time for delivery.

RETURNS
Refunds
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, sealed, intact, undamaged and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@zyrontech.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
